1. On‑Demand Production

All items are made on‑demand.
This means:

• Products are created after you place an order
• We do not hold inventory
• Production begins automatically

Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
We accept secure payments through:

• Stripe (credit/debit cards)
• PayPal

Your payment information is processed securely and never stored by us.

3. Shipping & Delivery

By ordering, you acknowledge:

• Production takes 2–5 business days
• Shipping times vary by location
• Total delivery time is usually 7–14 business days
• Tracking will be provided once shipped

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or holidays are outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made on‑demand, we do not accept returns for:

• Wrong size
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

We only replace or refund items that are:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
• Lost in transit

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing the correct shipping address
• Providing a valid phone number
• Checking size charts before ordering

We cannot refund or replace orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect information.

6. Customs & Import Fees

Some countries may charge customs or import fees.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and branding under BIG ENERGY are the property of the brand.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.
