At BIG ENERGY, every item is made on‑demand just for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if there is any issue with your order, we’ve got you.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Poor quality
We will replace it for free.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description

Returns for Wrong Size
Because each item is printed on‑demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size.
Please check the size chart before ordering.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The order never arrived (after carrier investigation)
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will:
- Contact the carrier
- Investigate the issue
- Replace or refund your order depending on the situation
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
We cannot refund orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect information.
